So have you tried the over night oats for your breakfast? This is a simple & delicious breakfast to make & it will help you speed up your weight loss.
All you need is Oats, Low fat yogurt & lots of berries.. (Optional Honey, banana )
- Poor a layer of oats into a jar then add some yogurt(muller light or any low fat)( do about three layers)
- You can add fruit into this mix
- Stick it into the fridge & leave it set overnight
- When you take it out in the morning give it a good stir & top it with more fruit
- Remember Berries are super speed so these will help speed up your weight loss as well as keep you full ❤
